Open Door Fallacy

Sure, you could say I left the door open,

But can't we, for a minute, discuss the fault,

Of that which followed me home?

I mean, just because something is open,

It doesn't give you permission to enter.

So, if you want to blame me for this,

Particular space invasion, maybe, just maybe,

Assign some responsibility to the beings,

Who charged in without regard to what,

Was on the other side of the wormhole.

Sure, you're going to suggest I should've

Done the same before stepping through

To their system, but what I did, I did for science.

What they did, they did for vengeance.
