"And there."

He held his hand out to the far new horizon and with his finger spread a white line against the turquoise sky. From behind him came a figure. It was a shadowy figure in a long black robe and a creeping form of movement.

It was some time before the dark figure was noticed, such was the intensity of his creating.

"What are you doing?" The voice matched the figure, a whispered scratchy unpleasing rasp. The question not sounding like a question but an accusation.

"I am creating clouds and thus adding the finishing touches to my creation tomorrow I shall rest."

"Sounds like you are an important fellow."

The tall standing figure ignored the derisive tone of the stranger and continued with his creating.

"Would you mind if I created something?"

Busy creating more clouds he continued to ignore the stranger.

"There." The figure pointed a thin, gnarled finger to the ground. A black liquid came oozing out forming a thick black lake in front of the two. He discontinued his attention to the sky and looked down at the landscape blotted with a black that light could not penetrate.

"What is it?" He asked.

"I am going to call it oil."
